Anyone else still quarantine baking?! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I’ve always loved baking, but it’s become even more of an essential as part of my “stress relief” tool box 🔨 experimenting with new flavors, different flours & fun mix-in’s 🍫🥜 is very satisfying! Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday breakfast of a pain Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday breakfast of a pain au chocolat 🥐 paired with a cappuccino ☕️ this isn’t my everyday breakfast 😉 & I was hungry again much sooner than I normally would be (lacking protein & fiber) 🍳🍌 but I’m all for treating yourself! The annual national food & nutrition conference (F The annual national food & nutrition conference (FNCE) is this weekend 🍎 typically more than 10,000 dietitians gather in person to learn & network 🤓 this year looks a little different however with a virtual conference 💻 I’m sad that I won’t get to travel & see my dietitian friends 😢 so here’s a shoutout to all you amazing dietitians & dietitians-to-be! 💖 I’m constantly inspired by the passion that you all have & for the difference that you make in peoples lives! 🤗
