- 1 lb silken tofu 1 package
- 2 Tb unsweetened cocoa powder Dutch-process or natural
- 2 Tb maple syrup or more to taste
- 2.5 tsp cacao nibs optional
- 2.5 tsp goji berries optional
- 1 bunch fresh mint for garnish, optional

Instructions
- Combine silken tofu, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Top each serving with 1/2 tsp cacao nibs and 1/2 tsp goji berries and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint (optional).
