Through extensive research and my own journey with IBS, I’m able to provide you with low FODMAP recipes and meal plans, tips and tricks to manage your symptoms through lifestyle, and the latest research on gut health.
A few of my passions are recipe development and translating complex nutrition information into digestible data that anyone can use! When I’m not creating recipes or catching up on the latest research, you can find me out running along the local Seattle trails, searching for tasty low FODMAP products, and trying new restaurants.
