Thankfully, the low FODMAP diet can be used to help manage these symptoms! ✌️ FODMAPs are a group of carbs that can cause symptoms, such as gas, bloating & pain 😣 in people with IBS, so the low FODMAP diet limits the amount of these carbs that you eat 🚫 Working with a dietitian can help you identify your trigger foods, so you don’t have to limit all FODMAPs 💖 Regardless, limiting FODMAPs can be a tricky task, especially when you’re not cooking everything from scratch! 👩‍🍳 That’s why I was SO EXCITED to find out that @performancekitchencrafted has a whole line of low FODMAP meals! 🤩 This low FODMAP chickpea curry was especially delish! ✨
