Avocado slices & coarse ground salt on sourdough b Avocado slices & coarse ground salt on sourdough bread 🥑 one of my fave weekend breakfasts 😋 paired with a 7-minute egg 🍳 but wait...isn’t that much avocado high FODMAP?! 🤨 according to the MONASH app, just 1/8th of an avocado (30 grams) is considered low FODMAP 👍 however, it’s important to remember that if you can tolerate more of any high FODMAP food, then you should go for a larger serving if you want! This generally means more fiber, nutrients & variety! Which is key for a healthy gut ✌️ this is why working with a dietitian is so crucial to managing IBS!
