Chocolate chip sunbutter oatmeal banana cookies πŸͺ  super simple πŸ‘Œ allergy friendly πŸ₯° nutrient dense πŸ’ͺ a great way to use up ripe bananas 🍌 and perfect for when that sweet tooth hits 🍭 
Ingredients:
β€’1 cup rolled oats (GF, if needed)
β€’1 ripe banana, mashed
β€’1/4 cup sunbutter (or any nut/seed butter)
β€’1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (DF, if needed)
β€’1 tsp cinnamon
β€’1/2 tsp vanilla extract
β€’2 tsp milled flaxseed 
Directions:
*Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl
*Scoop dough on to lined sheet pan (about 1/4 cup dough per cookie)
*Bake at 375 F for 10-12 min
